This is an upscale bar and kitchen, and they are properly proud of it. The service is extra friendly, and the food is a step away from the usual and quite good. In a downtown filled with watering holes, this one stands out. We mastered their famous Briggs burger, and plan to go back with reinforcements to conquer the 48 oz. tomahawk steak.
