The setting, the staff and the food are quite authentically Chinese (with a bit of Thai, Indonesian and Vietnamese thrown in to make it interesting). This is good, especially if you want to try pig ear, pork intestine or pig stomach. Unfortunately authenticity has another side as well. The dishes were good, but nothing really captivated our taste buds, and there was just a little too much oil and fat for our taste. Can this be found in many "authentic" south Asian haunts? Yes, and we have eaten in them. Do we look for it here? No so much. Good vegetarian selection.
