The large selection of Italian classics, mixed with some inspired new dishes makes this a favourite of the business set at noon and theatre–goers in the evening hours. As more and more restaurants go the "informal" route of place mats and basic settings, Centini has kept its table cloths and other more elegant trappings, so this can even be a place for that special meal. Though the good news is the prices are reasonable for what you get. The menu follows the three course structure of traditional Italian eating. But be warmed, the servings are large, so if you plan to indulge in all three, perhaps make the first two half–servings. Reservations recommended.
