First there is "Brunch at Costco". This is free, made up of the samples being given out everywhere. We won't rate this. What we will tackle, however, is the lunch counter. The selection is limited, but wide, from hot dogs to pizza, from coffee to coke The presentation is predictable, paper and plastic. But let's be honest, at some of the lowest prices in town for the quality given, you might as well grab a snack here after shopping.
