The service was non-existent, except for a point in the general direction of our table. We weren't even asked if we wanted a menu or to try the buffet. And no one offered us tea or anything else to drink. We did venture to the luncheon buffet, and found it to be well stocked with lukewarm bland food which had to be eaten with a fork as chop sticks were not an option.
