The menu is extensive with lots of pictures for the uninitiated. There are many traditional favourites along with some of the more trendy recent concoctions like California rolls and even some local specialities such as Flames and Alberta rolls. The portions are smaller than at some other restaurants, BUT they are also less expensive. So just order a bit more. The food was well prepared and presented with an emphasis on milder flavours. Good vegetarian selection. Reservations are not taken so do get there early.
