Let's begin with the good stuff. This bakery provides excellent breads and cakes, cookies and squares, and situated just off Memorial Drive below Foothills Hospital, it affords an easy opportunity to take something yummy home for dinner. Some evenings there is live music, and works for sale by local artists hang on the walls. The coffee, however, can dip into the ordinary and the tables tend to be a bit crummy---literally. Sadly on our first visit as sit down customers, two staff members chatted while a line up formed at the till, but we shall continue to drop by, so watch for further developments. Good vegetarian selection.
