Calgary has had a rocky history with Himalayan restaurants, but this one we hope will stay. The spices in this cuisine tend to be more subtle than many of their Indian counterparts, and you can experience some of the more traditional Nepalese cooking methods here as well. There are both full meals and individual dishes offered, divided into Nepalese and more Indian selections. It is too bad you can’t see the mountains from the windows. That would have been the perfect added touch.
