The food was enjoyable; the staff, friendly, and the setting, pleasant. The problems lay in the details. First, we found the opening of the menu confusing. It seemed to describe what we would call "full meals" at good prices, but these were followed by “Mains" at higher prices. So what were these less expensive items? Openers or just more reasonably priced offerings? And as for the main menu entries themselves: They were good, but some overpriced. And, sadly, the burgers failed one of our basic tests: Once picked up, they were difficult to put down without facing the devastation of disintegration. It was a fine restaurant, just a little disappointing in some areas.
